We have mapped on a world map where our parents/grandparents or maybe our great grandparents have come from.
We have two children who have parents that have come from South Africa, so we have started looking into that culture first. We have made masks, which we tied into our maths as well talking about halves, symmetry..., we also coloured in our own masks.
We looked at African animals and designed our Zebra portraits using sharpie, dye and paint.
